A personal-training-style class where you move and engage with real professional craft at the same time — leadership, negotiation, communication, strategy. Not a podcast over a treadmill, and not a desk course with wellness bolted on.

A highly experienced trainer leads the physical work. Later in the session, a business coach deepens the professional track while you’re still in an active, attentive state.
